The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Galerie S-Art, Lindenallee 10, 45127 Essen, Tel.: 0201 - 22 00 350, e-mail: info@popartfashion.com), of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).<br>You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performing the contract only after you have a) given your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once we begin fulfilling the contract, and b) we have provided you with confirmation of your declaration on a durable medium within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest when the goods are delivered or before the service begins.
